We are glad to announce that ERA Electronic Systems has officially join UMBRAGROUP!
The italian multinational manufacturer acquired 100% of ERA Electronic Systems shares, which is already a strategic supplier and long-term partner of the Group’s electronic solutions.
With more than 50 years of experience, UMBRAGROUP is recognized as the world leader in the production of ball screws for the aeronautical sector and among the main players in the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors for the supply of sustainable solutions in the fileds of mobility, renewable energy and electrification of the future are the cornerstones of UMBRAGROUP’s work which is oriented towards an innovative business.
United by a mission oriented towards the implementation of high-tech systems, Era’s entry into UMBRAGROUP is part of a strategic project aimed at acquiring new capabilities and supporting the Group’s growth in the electrification sector.
